I. Responsibility
1. Sales order creation
2. Sales order changes
3. Shipping arrangements, provide shipping information to customers
4. Shipment information is summarized, and the shipment data is reported regularly
5. Invoice handling
6. Unit price and qty checking on sales order,invoice,packing slip
7. Trading orders handling
8. Return handling
9. Other task assigned by direct supervisor

II. Qualification
1. College degree or above;
2. At least 1 year of sales assistant/sales indoor experience;
3. Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills both in spoken and written English; and the ability to explain information clearly over the phone or by e-mail.
4. Strong teamwork spirit and responsibility;
5. Positive attitude and good initiative in dealing with challenges and opportunities;
6. Familiar with MS Office software.
